2. Hydrate With Water

Dry mouth is one of the causes of cure for bad breath. This can force bacteria to grow more rapidly. If water is not something you drink enough of, then dry mouth is probably the reason for your rank breath. To eliminate dry mouth, you should drink at least eight glasses of water everyday. Water will eliminate any remaining food and prevent your mouth from getting dry.

To increase saliva production you can chew on sugar free gum. Saliva is a natural halitosis treatment as it contains enzymes that keep the mouth healthy. Brushing and flossing after every time you eat, getting rid of sugar and highly acidic foods and drinks from your diet, drinking at least 8 glasses of water everyday, or gargling with warm salt water can make your breath smell much fresher as well as improve your social life.
